Hi all -

I'm in the process of setting up a 2003 domain and would like to have all
users log onto the domain, yet still have administrative rights on their
local desktop. A lot of software we run requires the user to be an
administrator.

In doing some research (and posting this almost a year ago) I was told to
use restricted groups. I've gotten the info on them and ran through the
instructions but nothing worked. Everything I've read has been too vague.
If someone can give me some sort of detailed instructions and examples it
would be greatly appreciated.
