Use the replicate switch,

That queue shows replication attempts that need to be made. If you have a queue
built up it means that the system is replicating very slowly or not at all.
Check the top entry and see if that DC has a problem.

Other than allownig the DC to finish replication, the only way I know to clear
that queue is to reboot the server. However if you have a problem replicating
from another DC, it will just build up again.

Yes, realistically you should be looking to see what is causing the build up
rather than how to flush it and make things look OK ;-)
