I've got a really strange problem. It appears MOM reboots our Exchange2003
server every 12 hours (actually it blue screens it and then reboot). Anyone
seen or even heard of this problem before? Maybe offer a solution if you
have one..

I can't help you. However, I am extremely interested in what you find.
I plan to push the mom 2005 agent out to our exchange2003 server next
week. Keep us posted.

I really do not think the problem is directly related to MOM. We have a few
hundred Exchange 2003 servers running with MOM 2005 SP1 with no blue
screens.

I think you should start examining the memory.dmp file using WinDbg to see
the steps leading up to the crash. If you are uncomfortable with debugging
you should consider contacting PSS or feel free to send me the dump file.
