Hello,

We can copy the files within your Web site to another server, and then
refer to the following article to backup and then restore the IIS
configuration:

302573 HOW TO: Back Up and Restore IIS
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=302573

In addition, I recommend you perform the following:

1. Backup related data and settings and make sure they can be restored
before your changes.
2. If it is convenient, first setup a test environment to ensure the
security and to be familiar with the new version.

For your information, we have the public newsgroups for you to post the IIS
questions. Also, we recommend you post them there, so that the questions
can be answered more accurate and efficiently.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ada Pan
