We have a Win2k3 AD Domain Controller located in a remote location that
has been unplugged from power for over 4 weeks now. I was going to
send a technician to the site to turn the machine on and check configs,
etc.

However, it seems that I read an article months ago about AD Domain
Controllers, and the way that objects are removed from the Directory if
they haven't synced in a while. I wasn't sure if the article mentioned
whether the controller had been off-network, or powered-off.

Does anyone know where I can find more information about how objects
are prunned from the directory after a period of time when it the
controller hasn't been able to sync with the FSMO?

Thanks.
