Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any knowledge or experience in deploying LCS 2005 for about
200 000 or 300 000 users ?
Is LCS 2005 able to handle so many people even on the highest class hardware
solutions and where are the limits of the LCS 2005? I would be apprciate for
any suggestions about archtecture for such deployment.

greetings
Pawel

I work with some folks who have deployed it to a large environment. If you
have specific questions, I can pass the questions to them and get answers
for you, returning them offline.
In addition, Microsoft has deployed to 100,000+ if I remember the paperwork
and webcasts correctly.
Are you planning on deploying to 200,000 to 300,000 users? That would be
neat!

Hey Bob,

Thank you for the reply.
I really appreciate your help and would be very gratefull for any
suggestions from experienced guys for such deployment.
So far I have read some of your papers about LCS and have found the one
about architecture very intresting for me.
There is a solution for 100 000 users - is that one real ? Has it been
deployed somewhere ? And is it stable ?
Whats more how do you guys make prototype tests for such big deployments ?

greetings
Pawel
