Conditionally display a webpart |
|
|
I am using the Page Viewer webpart, and would like to hide it for some
users. Is there a way to limit viewing a webpart to specific groups or
sitegroups? Alternately, is the source available for the webpart, that
I may modify it to include this functionality? |

You cannot hide or conditionally display a web part with WSS. You can do
this in Portal Server using Audiences. The source code is not available but
if you have a developer it would not take them long to reproduce the
functionality of that web part and add the logic you want into it.
