Does anyone know of any issues with accessing a sharepoint site and local
versions of windows? Such as the German verison?

If you mean that you have a German language version of say XP pro and you
are accessing a English language WSS site running on the US version of Win
2003 Server, then there shouldn't be any problems. You are only using the
browser.

Running a mixture of language versions of Server and WSS software on the
server *might* cause problems for uses of any browser version but I don't
think you were asking that.
