SharePoint Outlook Integration -- HELP! |
|
|
Has anyone else experienced problems copying calender items from SharePoint
to your personal Outlook calendar? (I know you cant do the opposite)
After choosing 'Link to Outlook' and comparing the two calendars
side-by-side, I try to drag the item on the SharePoint calendar to my
personal calendar and it does not work.
Here is the strange part:
We have a standard image that we use here, and all of the images with Office
SP1 work just fine, but those that have Office SP2 give the following error
when you try to copy the item:
"Can't copy the items. You don't have the appropriate permission to perform
this operation."
When testing, the environment is identical, except SP2 (including site
permissions, etc)
Any ideas?

We are having the same problem. In earlier test it worked fine, but I
thought we already had SP2 on all of our systerms prior to the earlier
tests. If you learn any way around the problem please let us know and
we will do likewise.
