I have asked this before but I am still looking for an answer or direction to
an authority that can answer this. First off I understand the alerts process.
I know what I want is not covered by this so Im looking to see if anyone has
another solution:

I have been asked to provide a way to notify someone (via email) when a
certain document has been opened. Not modified.. not deleted... just
opened. This is due to an auditing issue they want to resolve for certain
(not all) company documents.
Has anyone run into this before? Thanks everyone.
