Hi,

I want to maintain my custom information in each file and folder of
Document Library. For example i want to store my OwnID for File and
Folders which should not be visible to the user at the same time when i
migrate the site the Values of the File and Folders shouldn't lost.
Like i want to stroe many Fields. How can i achieve this.

One more thing is that i need some columns for files which should not
be there in Folders and vice versa. Is there any Sharepoint API is
there to achieve this?

Is it possible with SPField Class? If anybody knows the solution please
let me know it?
