Help DC Rejoning the domain |

I'm getting an error message "The following error occurred attempting to join
the domain "domain.com". The specified user already exists."
This server crashed and unrecoverable, so I have to reinstall from scratch
with the same name and ip. And plan to be the DC, WINS and DNS after a
successful rejoining in the domain.
I also use ntdsutil to do metadata cleanup, delete the server from ADUC,
delete all visible traces of the name in the DNS, remove from WINS
replication and also remove from the Sites and Services.
Any help is very much appreciated.

I was able to rejoin the domain already without doing anything else except
wait for few hours. Could be replication timing.
