have SP Services on Win 2003 Std - show all files in folder |

I would like to know if it's possible to show ALL files in a folder
(even as they are added/deleted by others at the folder level) in a
sharepoint services library or document folder without having to "add"
them via share point?
What I'm actually looking for is a way to put log reports in a folder
and then allow users access to them via the companyweb so that they
don't have to log directly onto the domain controller.
