RWW could not connect to remote computer |
|
|
Hi
SBS2003 -1 NIC - wifi router - cable internet.
Was reconfigured from 2 NICs - cable internet.
Set 3 clients for reserved DHCP lease, automatically update DNS.
Removed router IP as 2nd DNS server as some clients were losing internet and
getting router as DNS..
Cleaned up DNS and WINS servers.
Since using the wifi router, Remote web workplace cannot connect to any
machine.
Login to the website is OK.
Error: 'VBScript: Remote desktop disconnected
The client could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to
accept new connections.
It is also possible that network problems are preventing you connection.
Please try connecting again later...'
Looked at permissions, DNS, services running...
Help!

Hi,

For RWW I am not sure that 3389 port is needed.
3389 is only needed for RDP. My RDP 3389 port
is closed on ISA 2004 and I am using fine RWW .
