URGENT -Discussion Text Box |

I have a user who cannot type any text in a discussion text box. I have
search everywhere. I changed his internet security setting on ActiveX to low
and that only partically fixed the issue (via registry settings). If he
open a discussion, he cant type or click in the text box, if he then
refreshed he can type in the box.
Also, on survey's he is able to only type in a few boxes using the same
procedure as above. If he refreshed one more time he loses the ablility to
type in any box.
I dont know if this is relate but he is running Java Version 2 for a
security program on his system.
