I want to confirm with the community that there is NO WAY to install
IP-DLC over HIS 2000.
My reasearch leads me to belive that this is a new feature in HIS 2004
and can not be done with HIS 2000.

Not unless you can find a 3rd party provided link service to provide the
Enterprise Extender (IP-DLC) comms instead. And no, I'm not aware of anything
available.

You have to have HIS 2004 for this feature.
