We are using the same CMS server for more than one site. Some of our cms
editors have editorial privileges across all these sites. When they access
site 'A' and go to the approval assistant they are then able to view pages
awaiting approval from sites 'A', 'B' and 'C'. This causes a lot of
confusion. Is there a way to ensure that an approval assistant accessed via
site 'A' brings up pages only belonging to site 'A' and does not show the
pages from the other two sites?

Thanks.

Hi Bharti,

the only way to ensure this is to have the editors of the different sites in
different user roles.
If a user has rights to approve content from different sites he will always
see all content.

Cheers,
Stefan
