If you subscribe to Technet, I understand that the Beta applications are
released with it once they hit public Beta. The private Beta should be
opening up soon, from what I understand.
If you have a Microsoft TAM, TS, MSCS consultant, or Microsoft Partner (if
you have these, you will know) that supports your company, you may want to
ask one of them about getting onto the Istanbul Beta and the LCS 2005 SP1
beta through the EAP or TAP program. They may have some questions about
your environment and infrastructure, and could recommend you for the
program.
