Push agent Install does not work MOM 2005SP1.

I have troubles to do a Push install for a agent upgrade / (de-) install on
a remote server.

I upgraded The MOM Management server to MOM 2005 SP1 (before it works fine).
When I do a Push (De-)install/upgrade to a remote server I get the following
error:

TRADESUPPLY\servername
The MOM Server failed to perform specified operation on computer "FQDN
Servername".

Error Code: -2147023584
Error Description: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already
have been terminated.

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Operations Manager
Event Category: MOM Server
Event ID: 21038
Date: 10/31/2005
Time: 7:51:05 PM
User: domainname\ManagementServerActionAccount
Computer: managementserver
Description:
The MOM Server was unable to establish a connection to the remote computer
"FQDN Servename" with specified account : domainname\domain admin account.
This will cause failure to configure Microsoft Operations Manager agent.

Error Code: 1312
Error Description: A specified logon session does not exist. It may already
have been terminated.

When I make the Management Server Action account a member of the local admin
on de remote computer. and I do a push installation using
the management server actionaccount option, it works fine. But we do NOT
want to use the management action account for remote agent
installations. We want to use our own domain accounts.

When I make my own account a member of the local admin group on the remote
computer it does NOT work either.

So, how come, when I use my domain account wich is local admin on the remote
computer does NOT work. When I use the
Management action account wich is a member of the local admin on the remote
computer does work.

Because I am in the local admin group I have het "logon locally right"

Enviroment:

MY MOM 2005 Management Server = W2k3 and MOM 2005 SP1
MY remote server is a W2k3 SP1 Server.

The Agents are multi-homing, (even in single mode it won't work) to two
management groups. So please don't come up with ideas to de-install the agent
for 1 management group.

The other Management Group has a server wich only has MOM 2005 Management
Server installed without MOM 2005 SP1. This server works fine.

key. i have documentation but i have them at work. sorry, hope this helps.

Hello,

Thank you for your posting!

Can you upgrade the agent to SP1 manually?

If you have any questions, please feel to let me know. I am glad to be of
assistance.
