Jeffrey,
Verify whether your computer is also meeting the criteria for megabytes of
free space available as well. The Run Storage State Monitoring script has to
trigger on both percentage of space available and absolute space available
to generate an alert. This is why many customers set one or the other
parameter so that it always fails which leaves the other parameter to
trigger the alert.

I set the Run Storage State Monitoring group to trigger an alert when
the system drive has less than 80% free space (which my computer
fails). However, I have yet to see an alert. How can I determine that
the job is running on my computer? What are some debugging steps?
