Public IM - Status unknown on all external contacts |

Our connection to Public IM (MSN) is now working and we can IM just fine
with MSN.
The external users can see the avaliable status of our internal users, but
the Internal users are not able to see the status of the MSN users. We just
have the "Status unknown" on all Public IM contacts.
On my access proxy logs I can see that "NOTIFY" messeges are going to MSN
but it does not seem like we get any "NOTIFY" messeges from MSN.
Is that not supported on Public IM yet or what might be the problem ?

You might want to verify that you aren't restricting incoming connections
from MSN and that there aren't IP restrictions that are causing problems
(look at your firewalls for failures occuring for connections to your IP or
port 5061).
This functionality is supported and working for others. You can also try
logging your client out and logging back in to test if things have
improved - sometimes temporary service issues with the providers lead to
stale or non-existent presence.

We have now been monitoring our External Firewall and we can not see any
Deny's on incomming trafic on Port 5061.
Our External Firewall config has port 5061 open for these IP adresses:
65.54.227.249
65.54.227.12
65.54.227.14
65.54.227.16
65.54.227.18
65.54.227.20
65.54.227.22
65.54.227.24
65.54.227.26
65.54.227.28
65.54.227.30

On the External DNS side we have _sipfederationtls._tcp.<our domain>
registred and it points to our Access Proxy IP address.
We are still not getting any NOTIFY SIP commands in from the outside. But IM
communication works just fine.
Are we missing any IP addresses in the firewall or maybe a DNS entry ?
