Hi there

I have a server running SQL 2000 for OnePoint and SystemCenterReporting and
also has MOM Reporting installed on it. SQL Report Services and MOM
Management Server are installed on a different server.

Do I need to have VSS and BITS available on this server for reporting to work?

Not that I am aware of. Reporting should work regardless.
