Your administrator may have enabled auto-signon based upon a Group Policy.
This would make your Windows Messenger or Microsoft Office Communicator
client automatically sign in to your company's Live Communications Server.

You may want to check with your system administrator regarding this and
regarding the issues you are having with e-mail. It's kind of hard to
troubleshoot without more information.
