Hello,

I set up a virtual machine (VM) for CMS & CS developper :
- Window 2003 Server
- SQL Server 2000
- Visual Studio .NET 2003
- Commerce Server 2002
- CMS 2002

My problem is that I must connect the VMs on my network (to access a source
safe server). To do that, I need to change the VM computer name not to have
several machines with the same name.

Is there an easy way to change it ? For the moment I'm trying to reconfigure
manually CS and CMS...
Thanks in advance,

Antoine.

Hi Antoine,

from an MCMS perspective you might need to adjust the MCMS system account,
MCMS guest user and all local users assigned to rights groups.

Cheers,
Stefan
