My customer wants to have 2 dell (win 2000 or 2003) servers in High Avility,
do we need to buy any software to make this happen? or windows server have a
tool to do this?

Can any one tell me where can i find information on how to do this??

You will need to run either Windows 2000 Advanced Server or Windows Server
2003, Enterprise Edition or DataCenter. Also if you want to use SQL or
Exchange, they would also need to be Enterprise Edition.
