It was working fine this morning and all of a sudden none of the zone
file records can be resolved on the internet.
If you go to dnsstuff.com and enter the domain name
chemicaltechnologiesllc dot com, an error is received saying that
there is some sort of DNS loop.
I called netsol and they said they will get back to me in the next 24
hours. What?!?! Meanwhile I get no e-mail to the organization.
Question as follows: 1) Any idea what could have happened? 2) Any
idea how to fix or at least put in place a short term solution? 3)
Any idea on how to light a fire under network solutions? Does anyone
know of a "secret" higher level of support I could contact?

What ever it was it appears to be working now.
