user of active directory could not view sharepoint site |

Hello,
I have created user in active directory who is not a member of
administrator. I added him as a user of sharepoint. he could not view
sharepoint site. If i make him member of administrator through active
directory, he is able to view sharepoint site.
Please advice how to view sharepoint site without him being an administrator
of domain controller.
note : site is in domain controller and sharepoint site does not allow
anonymous access.
