Hello

I have got a router with R-RAS configured, which connects 3 subnets. Now I
install add identic pc. I activate NLB and build 3 clusters, with the
"identic" adapters of the 2 pcs, one for each subnet.
And I install a fourth adapter in every pc, to connect the pcs with a
crossovercable.

Now I have got the following problems:

1) If the clusters work in multicastmode I see the three clusters and hosts
in the NLB-manager. But I can only use ping und snmp between the subnets,
no other communication works. No ftp, telnet or filesharing.

2) If the clusters work in unicastmode the NLB-Manager on one PC can not
reach the second host, although there is a adapter without NLB. Where can I
configure the 4th adapter as clustercommunication adapter?

Can anybody help me?

Thank you

Hi Florian!

Please look to the answers to your crosspost in the
microsoft.public.de.german.windows.server.clustering newsgroup.
