Hi Cahmps,
Is there a way, in office communicator, to set that all automatically accept
adding them to their contact list?

Many thanks

I must be doing something wrong; I cannot get it to run.

My contact file contains:

sip:user1@mycompany.com
sip:user2@mycompany.com
sip:user3@mycompany.com
.....
....
...

And my "acesFile" contains only one line:

All allow allow

What am I doing wrong here?

/Many thanks!

Does this need to be run every time a new user is created?

Unfortunately yes, as the first step of the process is to extract the users
sip details from the active directory and the second is to update everyone
elses contacts list with the new user.

I have created a simple batch script that is scheduled to run outside normal
working hours.

One major/minor issue depending on the number of contacts is that if you try
to import too many in short space of time the server drops the connection and
the script fails.

I have managed to get around this by introducing a sleep between each import
and this has done the trick. You can get the sleep command from windows 2003
resource kit.

Good Luck
