I have 2 DC with dns integrated, both servers have alternate dns server
configured, when shutdown the dns preferred and test using nslookup if
alternate dns server works, it doesn´t. But when test on any Windows XP
Professional it works without problem. I would like to know why it work on
Windows XP Professional but not on Windows 2003. I think that servers can
switch if the preferred dns server fail and get response for the alternate
dns server.
