I get this error from the below error fro m the Event Log, anyone know of a
cure?

Event Type: Error
Event Source: CertSvc
Event Category: None
Event ID: 17
Date: 10/11/2005
Time: 10:49:08 AM
User: N/A
Computer: DEV-WELL
Description:
Certificate Services did not start: Unable to initialize the database
connection for dev-well.com. Catastrophic failure Unexpected method call
sequence. 0x8000ffff (-2147418113).

I looked at this already, it is for NT 4. W2K3 does not have entries in the
ODBC for Cert Services (BTW, did I mention it is for W2K3?).

Any other thoughts?

Nope you didn't mention the OS. Is this a fresh installation or the service
stopped working suddenly?

Stopped working suddenly. Really weird. I think I'll try re-installing the
OS and see if that helps.
