User Account Created - 624 And User Account Enabled - 626 for
HelpAssistant_d724e7

I have the General HelpAssistant account disabled but it seems at start up
the following events are triggered

User Account Created - 624 And User Account Enabled - 626 for
HelpAssistant_d724e7

I think this is just happening because I have Remote help enabled is there
any way to stop these errors and or disable HelpAssistant all together.
