I am trying to apply an updated security policy to a Windows 2003
member server. Everytime I run the wizard it fails with the following
errors:

Extension NameMicrosoft.OS.Networking.Firewall

0x8000ffff Error occurred configuring firewall settings Catastrophic
failure

0x8000ffff Extension failed in configure Catastrophic failure

0x8000ffff Cannot complete extension processing:
Microsoft.OS.Networking.Firewall Catastrophic failure

The firewall service is running and I have tried to apply the
configuration with the firewall enabled and disabled.

Any ideas?
