I just upgraded an exchange server box from win2000 to 2003 Enterprise. It
had IIS running on it only for Outlook Web Access. Once the upgrade was
done, no one can log into the /exchange web site. It asks for user ID and
password but keeps coming up with access denied.
As a side note, previous, if you would try to acess the default web site on
that machine it would give you the standard canned "Under Construction"
message. Now, it pops up with an authentication box but no domain password
seems to work.
I checked the IUSR_ account to make sure it wasn't disabled. I also checked
permissions on the inetpub directory and everything looks ok. I am far from
a web master but so far as I know IIS is pretty straight forward stuff.

Any ideas?
