I have a folder that I copied from one server to another server. I used
robocopy to copy these files over but I did not know robocopy would
copy over the file even if the time stamp was older. I used the /e
switch. Is there any way to undo or recover these files.

Hello,

If the folder is protected by the Shadow Copies for Shared Folders feature,
you can quickly recover deleted or changed files that are stored on the
server. For the detailed information, please refer to the following
article.

Otherwise, you may need to consult the data recovery software vendor for
information whether the data can be recovered. I have searched over the
Internet and would like to list some software for your reference.
