hello there

got problem with SYSVOL and NETLOGON replication for adding a new
domain controllers, following troubleshooting article KB257338, I got
"ntfrsutl sets", "ntfrsutl inlog", "ntfrsutl outlog" all empty outputs,

could this be the problem? also get not sure with "SUBSCRIBER" section
with "ntfrsutl ds" output, but no correct ones can be used for a
comparation...otherwise I get only event 13562 loged following warning
13565, says SYSVOL replication was not successful, and dcdiag, netdiag
all looks fine:
