No,...not any "good" way. That is what Domains are for. That is also what
the Guest account is for, but that is horribly insecure and that is why the
Guest account is always disabled by default.

Everyone is not "Everyone everywhere" it is only "Everyone on the Server".
None of your users are "on the server".
