My ISP has recently made a change (in the name of improvements), now my smtp
connector doesn't work any more. I had set it up to send all mail through
them but now, it requires authentication, and I can't find where to set that
up for individual accounts.

If your Host machines are already pointing to Exchange to send mail, then you
won't need to configure your Users individually any further.

You'll probably want to configure your Exchange SMTP by opening your
Exchange MMC, protocols, SMTP, properties.

Without knowing more detail exactly what type of SMTP authentication, I
can't be more specific what you need to configure.
