Has anyone encountered the below error before when trying to modify an
existing group or add to a new group within Site Manager?

Error: 0
Description: This key is already associated with an element of this collection
Severity: 5
Source: SystemMembersCtl
Debug info: N/A
Extra info: N/A
Client Source: SystemMembersCtl::Init
Recommended Action: N/A

I am really puzzled as to what can be done to resolve this....

Hi,

Sounds as if you are trying to add the same item again to the same group.
Please check if the item you are trying to add is already in the rights
group.

Cheers,
Stefan.

Greetings Stefan- your answer seems reasonable....however this also occurs
when we create a "New user group" and hit the modify button. Could an
existing group trigger this?

Hi LK,

now it sounds as if you should open a support case with Microsoft to get
this analyzed in more detail.

Cheers,
Stefan
