Hi all.
I have a user locked out because she changed her password today (because it
expires), and now when she tries to start a terminal server sesion, the
server accepts the password but only shows the wallpaper.
Help Please !!!!

This doesn't sound like being locked out. If you are able to enter the new
password and show the wallpaper there is something happening post-login like
explorer.exe not starting. What OS is this? Maybe you can investigate and
provide more info from Event Viewer for instane?

Thanks for the help.
The other guy who works with me already create another user and delete the
old because the user cannot wait to us investigate the problem (you know how
user are...)
But i want to be prepared or have an idea of what happen for the next time.
The OS is a Windows 2000 Server, and we connect trough remote desktop to
other domain.
But the problem is somehow related with the user because i ask someone on
the "other end" to logon locally in that domain and the same happen.
The event viewer says nothing...
I don't like the idea of create a new user, but we haven't time to
investigate...
