Create New Page with Specific Template |

Hi Stefan...
I have been searching most of the afternoon for this, and
found some stuff. Stefan answered Daniele on 11th Jan
(Script for new pages) which I don't quite understand how
it works. I have also found one of Stefan's files on
gotdotnet for "Create New Page with
DefaultTemplateGallery" which works great, but is not
quite there for me.
What I want to do is to click a link, like in the default
console, and create a new posting, based on a specific
template that I have defined. I don't want the pop-up
window to come up. I don't want my users to have to
select a template. I want to give them just the one
template.
Any ideas how I can do this?
What else I will want to do is to remove everything from
the defaultconsole except the create new page (with my
specific template) without upsetting the save, Save and
Exit and Exit links whilst the person is entering content
into the template.
