What is the Best Practice for handling exceptions within
CMS. ie. Put a message to the user and then log or
email the error?

Is there any white papers on this?

Thanks,
Ravi.

Hi Ravi,

It is the same as any .NET web application.

I suggest using the Exception Management Block for .NET
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dnbda/html/emab-rm.asp) to log the
erros and display a friendly message to the user.

Regards
