hi...

set up a new clean install of sbs 2003 std.
all clients were able to connect to the internet as was the server.

changed the IP address using the change ip address wizard.
now no one can connect to the internet .
i'm assuming that this is a DNS issue. also doing a bit of googling and
found that this is potentially a know issue. so far haven't found a fix

any one any ideas

hi..

i've re run the change ip wizard and also rerun the CEICW quite a few
times..

still the same.
i can ping using ip but get nowhere with dns

Please post the ipconfig/all from the server and one from a client.

hi

turns out that the isp's dns servers went down just around the time i made
the IP change..

looks to be working now, using an outside dns server.
