I know I have seen a post on this before but I can't find it.

I have a site I created, users can access with no problem. However the
Windows Login window still keeps popping up. It does not prevent users from
accessing the site, just won't go away unless you click the CLOSE button.
Login works fine when accessing for the first time as well. I have checked
security in IE, made user account Admin level (this problem is not occurring
on all users).

Any suggestions?

I have this on my work machine (only). It's a result of my IE settings which
are set in my case to "Automatic logon with current name and password".

Look at least at the User Authentication/Logon section of the Security
settings for this zone and see if there are differences.
