Policy Problem With Exchange Mailbox |

I made a policy for all emails sent and received from our company to be
copied to a company mailbox. As long as I have the policy in place I can
not add a user using the Add User Wizard. It always fails at creating user
mailbox. The Exchange mailbox could not be created. If I remove the policy
I can use the wizard. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong.

Hi Bryan,
Is SP1 for Exchange installed as well as the additional SBS hotfix?

I know that I have installed the SP1 and I think I have installed the
Hotfix.

Well, the policy you created must have some errors if the add user wizard
fails when enabled.

I guess so. The only think I add to the policy is have all email forward
to a certain mailbox. I really did not make any out of the way changes to
this policy.
