Hi Rich,
I'm not sure if it will sort the error, but it might - you have to have an
email domain. In your case, it's isp.com (whatever comes after the @ in the
email address you have with your ISP).
The wizard shouldn't let you proceed any further with a blank because it
can't do it's job without an email domain, but from what you are saying it
is allowing the blank.

calling GetBOConnector ().
Error 0x80005000 returned from call to GetBOConnector().
Any help would be deeply appreciated have been fighting this for some
time....
