I imported the MOM FRS Management Pack into MOM 2005. I am
recieving the following error and can find no information.
Any ideas:

Could not create connection to the Ultrasound database,
Error Code = 80004005, Error Description = Login failed
for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted
SQL Server connection

Try adjusting the MOM Service account to one that has permissions to create
the database.
