can´t upgrade to MOM 2005 |

Hi:
I use MOM 2000; backup BD, install all prerequisites, type the credentials
to DCAM and DAS users but i not finish the upgrade.
In me test environment all is good with the upgrade but not in the real
pleace.
Event logs of the system (win2000 sp4) report:
Source: MsInstaller
Event ID: 11708
Description:
Product: Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 -- Installation failed.
Any bady can help me please?

Could you provide the log generated by the failed install? The event log
error is a generic MSI error that only tells us the upgrade failed to
complete successfully, but the log should give more details to help diagnose
the problem.

I´m not send the log with the post, i send the log to Stephanie´s mail.
The remaining, i tried but nothing happend.
When i write the users DCAM and DAS credentials the install bar will have to
beging but appear the last windows with the button finish without install.
I was read the docs for upgrade but nothing appear about this behavior.
Any help please

The install doesn't appear to be accessing the former SP1 install properly.
Does the installer account have access to install and uninstall the MOM 2000
Sp1 configuration as well as the OnePoint database?

The installer account have access to install and to do anything. Is one
domain admin account. I use the administrator of domain account too, but the
problem persist.
