I would like to force all VPN user to use smart card to access my internal
network.
How to configure this??

Should i do this from connection manager or VPN server??

Hi,

This is configured on server and on clients. They both must support same
authentication protocol and in case where you want to user certificates for
authentication, you will need to use EAP-TLS authentication protocol.
