The OrderDiscount engine can only see one OrderForm at a time since that's
the way the pipeline works.
You would need to combine all the baskets into one OrderForm somehow and
then re-split them. That's a nontrivial exercise.
Can you tell us more about the scenario you are trying to support? I
haven't heard this requirement come up before.

hi all
is it possible to program a campagin to be used in a multi basket site?
i've tried several times to do it, but it does not work. i can see why, but
is there a way?
